Changing DNS Servers

Name Servers control how a domain name is resolved. In most cases, you have to use the Name Servers of your hosting company. If your domain name is hosted with BACKBONE DESIGNS, LLC, your name servers should be the following:

• Primary: ns1.aplus.net
• Secondary: ns2.aplus.net

You can change the name servers associated with your domain name by logging into your current registrar and changing the nameservers.

Unix-based shared hosting plans (Basic, eBasic, Pro, and ePro):
Statistics for UNIX-based shared hosting plans are available at http://www.yourdomain.com/stats. (Please replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name.) When prompted for your login information, please use your main FTP username and password.

Windows-based shared hosting plans:
Statistics for Windows-based shared hosting plans are available through the BACKBONE DESIGNS, LLC Control Panel:

1. Start by logging to the Control Panel at http://www.yourdomain.com using your FTP username and password.
2. Click on the Marketing tab.
3. Finally, click the View Your Website Statistics icon.
